How much does shipping cost?
All shipments are shipped out within 3 business days (usually same day for orders placed Monday through Saturday). The shipping rate depends on weight and distance.

Can I change my delivery address?
You may only change delivery address before the item has shipped. If you need to update the delivery address once the item has shipped you will need to contact the carrier.

You will receive all tracking information once the item has shipped.
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
I hand package each order to ensure the correct items are included in your order.
